Thank you to the ChemAlert team for your effort and time in helping us with our SDS application. Being the first time we’ve had to do this, we would not have managed without your professional expertise. We now have the correct paper work to supply orders to some new customers which will increase our revenue and keep our business viable. I have already recommended you to other businesses here and will be glad to continue doing that.
Joe World - ADE Business Services Manager, Multitask Human Resource Foundation Ltd.
The Support Team at RMT consistently provide us with professional, efficient and helpful service. This was demonstrated late last year, when we were unable to locate data. RMT were able to provide us with a previously saved database, which enabled us to retrieve the data required.
Bill Wasley - OGS&T Manager, DeGrussa Copper Mine, Sandfire Resources NL
ChemAlert’s backup technical support more than meets the needs of our decentralised and multi-cultural workplace. Even in our isolated areas. The Bahasa Indonesian capability provides employees access to quick, reliable and easily understood chemical information and the powerful management and high level technical information ensures we can effectively control all of our hazardous materials, dangerous goods and environmental compliance issues.
Dwi Pudjiarso - Manager of Safety and Industrial Health, PT Freeport Indonesia Company
It is rare to receive such a high level of service from a supplier. The support we have received from RMT has always been exceptional. Particularly during a recent upgrade with the Support Team assisting me with an upgrade. Always patient, polite, and extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you RMT and keep up the good work.

Risk Assessments

What Are Your Obligations?

In Australia, the WHS Act and Regulations require the elimination of health and safety risks so far as is reasonably practicable, and if it is not reasonably practicable to do so, to minimise those risks.

How We Can Help

To assist you in complying with these obligations, our team of Risk Assessors have the expertise to understand the chemical hazards and risks associated with your business, and document measures to eliminate or minimise risks to health and safety.

In performing your risk assessment, we will:

  • Identify the hazards;
  • Assess the risks;
  • Review all control measures;
  • Recommend additional controls as appropriate; and
  • Document the risk assessment for compliance.

For ChemAlert users, this documentation is done via the application’s Risk Assessment module.
